Services
We provide home care services to the elderly and to people who need help and support at home because of illness or disability.
The care and support we can provide you with is entirely flexible and depends on your individual needs. We can provide as little or as much assistance as you need, including specialist care services such as Dementia Care and Palliative Care, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including:
- Morning and night-time bed assistance
- Help with washing, bathing, toileting and other personal care
- Medication support and help with everyday living
- Pressure area care
- Laundry, cleaning and other household chores
- Preparation of meals
- Shopping, escorted visits and companionship
We also provide home care 'outreach' services to people of all ages living at home who have Learning Disabilities, complex needs and associated challenging behaviours. These services are provided by our sister company, Social Care Solutions.
