About Us

Home Care Solutions was established in November 1999 in a positive response to the needs of the Domiciliary and Residential Care markets. The Managing Director Mark Constant has over 14 years experience of managing domiciliary care providers both in The Home Counties and accross North London.

We are accredited and active members of both the United Kingdom Home Care Association (UKHCA) and (CERETAS) and we subscribe to their codes of conduct and practice.

We currently have 6 branches in, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Peterborough, Luton, Oxford and Newark.  In line with our policy, all our branches are run by Managers who are approved and registered by the Commission for Social Care Inspection. In addition to the registered Manager, each branch employs a Care Co-ordinator and a Field Supervisor to manage and support our teams of carers and support workers. Managers are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure that support is always available.

As part of our Quality System, Home Care Solutions ensures that all new employees must obtain a current CRB check in addition to previous employers' references and employment history.
